Meet "Maya" - Greater Swiss Mountain Dog

Maya is a new puppy I've been caring for the last few months. You see her at about 20 pounds and she will end up being over a 100 pounds. Here's a little description about Greater Swiss Mountain Dogs.

Large, sturdy, and confident, the "Swissy" is a draft and drover breed. As a working dog, Swissies like having a job to do and enjoying participating in hiking, carting, obedience trials, herding, weight pulling, and back packing with their owners.

"Swissy" is a social dog and enjoys being a member of the family. Male 90-140lbs.; Female 80-125lbs. The black coat is short and dense with symmetrical rust and white markings.
